Dennis Passe
The owner/founder and the heart and soul of D&M Trophies. A true man of the people, Dennis operated with a business model of putting his customers’ needs before that of his own. A unique and very special man, Dennis unfortunately passed away in 2020. His loss was a great one for everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. He will continue to be recognized and the business will continue to operate in the manner in which Dennis intended it.
Mike Passe
The proud son of Dennis, Mike has been active with the business since its inception in the early 90s. He will resume his old title as Director of Operations overseeing all production of orders and quality control. Having served nearly two decades in education, Mike was a head baseball coach and most recently was a high school administrator overseeing multiple departments – including Athletics and Operations.

Former starting Wide Receiver for the Buffalo Bills turned best-selling author, and NFL Media member, Donald will be joining the D&M team in 2021. Donald will spearhead new business acquisitions and continue to grow creative partnerships with youth, interscholastic, intercollegiate and professional sports teams. Donald will also be working with the Operations team in the area of creative design.
Kaity Chang
As D&M continues to diversify its services, we are pleased to announce the addition of Kaity Chang to the team. Kaity, who has almost two decades of successful experience in business, will be using her skillset and rolodex to expand our distribution partnerships to meet the needs of the changing demands of consumers. Look for continued additions to our already vast award/memorabilia line.
